"Career Day – 2025" at the V.P. Chkalov Yegoryevsky Aviation Technical College

On October 9 and 10, 2025, Tulpar Technik LLC, on the invitation of the V.P. Chkalov Yegoryevsky Aviation Technical College, a branch of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation, took part in the large—scale event "Career Day – 2025", which became an important event for students, graduates and representatives of the country's aviation industry.
Within the framework of the event, on October 9, the conference "Aviation Education 2.0: challenges of the time and professional development" was held, at which such important topics as the implementation of practical training in the framework of the educational process, ways and forms of long-term interaction of the educational organization with aviation enterprises were raised and discussed.  On October 10, a static exposition of more than 35 industry enterprises was held. The college students had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the modern requirements and prospects for the development of the aviation industry, to meet with representatives of leading airlines, civil aviation enterprises and technical services.
Career Day at the Egorievsky ATC named after V.P. Chkalov, a branch of the Moscow State Technical University of the Russian Academy of Sciences, became a vivid example of effective interaction between educational institutions and enterprises, contributing to the development of young professionals and strengthening the human resources potential of the industry.
