Tulpar Technic was established as a part of Tulpar Air maintenance base that is existing since 1993. 1 September 2010 Tulpar Technic has started its own operational activity.

Tulpar Technic primary activity is Foreign and Russian aircraft maintenance and repair.

Today Tulpar Technic is:

  • Fast developing MRO;
  • Management system that is based on Total Quality Management principles;
  • Facility consisting of two state-of-art hangars 4600 sq.m in area each located in Kazan and Begishevo airports;
  • First Bombardier Authorised Service Facility for commercial and business aircraft in Russia and CIS;
  • Provider of ground handling services for all aircraft types at the International Airport of Kazan;
  • Owner of the temporary storage warehouse.

In accordance with FAR-145 Certificate our company carries out the following aircraft maintenance:

- Yak-40 Line and Base maintenance throughout the entire maintenance program;

- Yak-42 Line and Base maintenance throughout the entire maintenance program;

- CRJ 100/200 and Challenger 850 Line and Base maintenance, excluding checks that exceed intervals of 30 000 Flight Hours, 96 Months, 5000 Flight Cycles and 3500 APU hours.

- Challenger 300 Line and Base maintenance excluding checks that exceed intervals of 800 Flight Hours, 24 Months and 1600 APU hours.

- Global 5000  Line maintenance;

- AgustaWestland AW139 Line maintenance.

Under EASA PART-145 Certificate and Bermuda Department of Civil Aviation Approval our company carries out the following aircraft maintenance:

- CRJ 100/200, Challenger 850 Line and Base maintenance up to and including 30000 Hours check, up to and including 5000 Flight Cycles, up to and including 96 Months check, defect rectification, minor and major repairs and modifications, General Electric engine and Honeywell GTCP 36-150[RJ] APU up to and including 3500 APU Hours, on-wing maintenance, APU change. Scheduled component replacement including undercarriage change;

- Challenger 300: Line maintenance up to and including 800 Hours check, 24 Months check, defect rectification, minor repairs and modifications, Honeywell AS907 engine and Honeywell GTCP 36-150[BD] APU on-wing maintenance;

- Boeing 737-300/400/500: Line maintenance up to and including 2A-check or equivalent according to MSG-3 program, defect rectification, minor repairs and modifications, engine CFM-56-3B1/-3B2/-3C1 and APU GTCP85-129, GTCP36-280, APS2000 on-wing maintenance;

- Airbus A319/A320/A321: Line maintenance up to and including 400 FH/3MO and defect rectification, minor repairs and modifications.

In cooperation with Tulpar Technic DRF Stiftung Luftrettung gemeinnutzige AG performs Line и Base maintenance of Eurocopter EC135, BK117 and BO105 helicopters throughout the entire maintenance program at Kazan International airport.
