The Tulpar Technik enterprise was created on the basis of the Tulpar Air Airline LLC ATB (it has existed since 1993) and began independent production activities on September 01, 2010.
In 2012, Tulpar Technik LLC became the first Bombardier authorized service center in Russia and the CIS for commercial and business aircraft.
Tulpar Technic is a center for maintenance and repair of aircraft and components. It  has many years of experience and competence in maintaining the airworthiness of domestic and imported aircraft (SSJ-100, Yak-40, Yak-42, Bombardier aircraft: CL-600-2B19 (CRJ-100/200, CH-850), CL-600-2B16 (CH-600 series), BD-100-1A10 (CH-300/350), BD-700-1A10 (Global-6000), BD-700-1A11 (XRS, Global-5000).
Tulpar Technic  performs:
- operational and periodic maintenance of aircraft,
- maintenance and repairs of aircraft components,
- restoration repair of interiors of business aviation aircraft,
- works of the design bureau
- field work of any complexity at airports in Russia and abroad
- production  of equipment and tools
- training and internship of personnel on the basis of a/p Kazan
Maintenance work on aircraft and components is carried out at production sites:
- Kazan airport (operational and periodic maintenance of aircraft and components, interior work, personnel training);
- Begishevo Airport, Nizhnekamsk (operational maintenance of aircraft), with a total area of up to 4,600 sq.m
- Kurchatov Airport, Chelyabinsk (operational maintenance of aircraft);
- Mustaya Karima Airport Ufa (operational maintenance of aircraft);
