On March 11-12, 2025, Moscow hosted the 20th MRO of Aviation Technology in Russia Exhibition and Conference, which is the largest event in Russia devoted entirely to topical issues of the development of the aircraft maintenance and repair industry. During the conference, key changes in the aviation industry were reviewed, methods of adapting air transport to new conditions were discussed, and strategies were developed that would be most beneficial for all participants in the process.  The conference brought together leading experts and experts in the field of MRO, including representatives of Russian airlines, MRO enterprises, suppliers of spare parts, as well as government regulators and representatives of the aviation industry.   The MRO of Aviation Technology in Russia Conference is an important platform for discussing the challenges associated with the current restrictions that have made it difficult for airlines to operate and provide aircraft maintenance and repair services, and for finding solutions to optimize aircraft maintenance. The experts shared their experience of successful adaptation to new conditions, and also offered opportunities for cooperation between industry participants, which can help mitigate the negative effects of sanctions and ensure the sustainable development of air transportation in the country.
