LLC "Tulpar Technician" has received a Developer's certificate.
The certificate allows  to modify the design and components as minor changes for foreign-made transport and normal category aircraft in terms of:
- inscriptions and stencils;
- household and emergency rescue equipment;
- equipment of cargo and auxiliary compartments;
- doors, hatches, shutters;
- gondolas/pylons.
The availability of the Developer's certificate allows us to solve such a problematic issue as the lack of access to the documentation of a foreign developer for the repair of AT, including AT components, and close contact with the operation of the equipment allows us to find the best option for the completion of AT, since most of the serviced aircraft fleet of Tulpar Technician LLC are foreign-made vessels.
